Your pet is picked up within four hours of notification at your home or veterinarian's office.

Your pet's body will be transported in a clearly identifiable vehicle.

Your pet's body is wrapped in an exclusive transport shroud, placed on a stretcher and secured in the vehicle, and transported back to our cremation facility. (Out of respect for your pet we guarantee your pet will never be placed into a garbage bag)

The pet's body will be held in our walk-in morgue located next to our crematory. Within 48 hours, your pet will be cremated with several other pet's-Maximum of ten pets in the crematory at a time.

When the cremation is completed, the cremated remains are removed from the cremation chamber, processed, and then placed into a memorial column with a name memorial bearing your pet's name and the family’s last name.

The family has full visitation rights to the memorial where their pet's cremated remains are interred.

The family will receive a Certified Memorial Cremation Certificate listing the time and date the cremation was performed.

Family will receive a full disclosure agreement signed and dated by representative of the PA State Pet Memorial.

The family and the pet will be given the utmost of respect and dignity.

The family will have a place where their pet will be honored and remember perpetually.
